Pole anchors and ground plates are the fixing layer underneath fencing, signage and light timber structures. The choice between them is a choice about the ground: a spiral anchor screws into soft soil and holds by the thread, a bolt type anchor fixes to something solid already there, and a ground plate spreads the load across a surface rather than into it. KEAA International manufactures 12 patterns from structural steel to EN 10025-2, covering round and square post fittings in each type, wedge grip versions, rotatable anchors where the post has to be oriented after setting, and anchors made for fixing into concrete. All are made in our own plants in Ludhiana, India.
What the range includes
Pole anchors for round posts, square posts and concrete, in bolt type and wedge grip patterns, plus rotatable anchors for square posts. Spiral pole anchors for both round and square posts, which screw into soft ground. Ground plates for round and square posts, in bolt type and wedge grip patterns.
Standards and finish
Manufactured from S235JR structural steel to DIN EN 10025-2. Finish is hot dip galvanized to DIN EN 1461 or electro-galvanized, depending on the model, so confirm which you need when you enquire. Welding is carried out by welders certified to EN 1090-2 and EN 3834-2, accredited by SLV Germany.
Where it is used
Fence lines, garden structures, signage posts, and light timber work where excavation is impractical or undesirable. Spiral anchors in particular are specified where a post has to be set without concrete. Buyers are fencing contractors, landscapers, builders merchants and DIY retail.
