Systeemsteigers - HK
HK is a frame based system scaffold built around pre-assembled frames and single tube transoms rather than individual standards and ledgers. Fewer parts go into a lift, the geometry is decided at the factory, and erection is correspondingly quick where the elevation suits it. KEAA International manufactures eight HK components in Ludhiana, India, from steel to EN 10025 and EN 10219, hot dip galvanized to DIN EN 1461 in our own plants. The range covers the frames themselves, Enhak standards, ledgers, guard rail frames and transoms in high, high reinforced and low patterns, together with complete Haki towers. It is specified where a contractor wants system scaffold discipline with a lower part count than a full modular system.
What the range includes
Scaffold frames and Enhak standards, ledgers, guard rail frames, and single tube transoms in low, high and high reinforced patterns. Complete Haki towers are catalogued as an assembly for tower applications.
Standards and finish
Steel to EN 10025 and EN 10219 as recorded against the products, hot dip galvanized to DIN EN 1461 in our own plants. Welding is carried out by welders certified to EN 1090-2 and EN 3834-2, accredited by SLV Germany.
Where it is used
Facade access and general construction where a frame based system suits the elevation, and tower work where a pre-engineered assembly is faster than building from loose components. Buyers are scaffolding contractors and rental fleets.
Why buy it from the manufacturer
A frame system depends on every frame being identical, because a frame that is out of square propagates the error up the lift. That is a tooling and welding question settled in the factory. Our welding is certified to EN 1090-2 and EN 3834-2 through SLV Germany, and management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by TÜV Rheinland.
