Euro frame scaffolding is the pre-welded frame system used across European facade work, where two uprights and a welded transom stack vertically and brace into each other. It is the fastest way to put a straight, regular elevation under access, and because a frame is one component rather than four, there is less to count in and out of a lorry. KEAA International manufactures nine Euro frame components in Ludhiana, India, hot dip galvanized to DIN EN 1461, covering the frames themselves, Euro Plettac 2M frames, assembly frames, brackets and the guard rail set. The range is specified by contractors and rental fleets working to European frame dimensions rather than the American pattern.
What the range includes
Access scaffold Euro frames, Euro Plettac 2M frames and Euro assembly frames. Edge protection covers double guard rails, double front guard rails, guard rail supports and Euro end guard rail supports. Brackets extend the platform where the facade steps.
Standards and finish
Hot dip galvanized to DIN EN 1461, the finish recorded against the products, applied in our own galvanizing plants. Welding is carried out by welders certified to EN 1090-2 and EN 3834-2, accredited by SLV Germany.
Where it is used
Facade access and refurbishment on regular elevations, painting and rendering work, and general construction access. Buyers are scaffolding contractors, rental fleets and distributors working to European frame dimensions.
Why buy it from the manufacturer
Frame squareness and consistent stacking are set by tooling, so they are a factory property rather than something an erector can correct. Fabrication, welding and galvanizing are all in house, welding is certified through SLV Germany, and management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 by TÜV Rheinland.

They are different dimensional patterns with different locking hardware, so they are not interchangeable. Euro frames follow European facade dimensions; the American frame range uses the locks and pins common in North American practice. Choose the one that matches your existing fleet.
They are catalogued separately, which is deliberate: edge protection requirements vary by job and by the country the scaffold is erected in. Double guard rails, front guard rails and their supports are all available.
